Our wooden window and door kits are the easy and profitable way of producing timber windows and doors. We can accommodate both large and small runs for joinery experts and door manufacturers, dramatically decreasing timber costs, machining time and skill requirements. Our range of machined mouldings can be used to match existing woodwork for graded or listed properties, restoration work or for brand new doors or windows.

Whatever style of door you require – patio, bi-fold, external or internal we can provide a door kit that is made to order to your required size. Each easy to assemble door kit comes complete with frame and door. Doors are available in a choice of thickness, 57mm or 44mm. If using friction hinges and multi-point locks you just need to produce a rebate in the sash section. A spindle moulders or similar is ideal for this, but not essential. If the frame is to accept a door bottom you just mortise to accept tenons to complete the assembly.

Kit form casement windows are available in stomper of and flush designs. Each easy to assemble casement window kit can be used to produce flush or storm-proof windows and includes frame, transoms, mullions and sashes. Plant-on or sub-cills can be provided on request. Glazing beads can be purchased separately and can be provided seven days from order. If using friction hinges and multi-point locks you just need to produce a rebate in the sash section. All grooves keyed for easy fitting of ironmongery.
